Do you charge upfront?

What kind of parcels do you source?
Infill lots, raw acreage, teardown sites, and small subdivisions in growth markets. Bring us a defined buy-box and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hunt it.
Is this legal in my state?
Assignment of real estate contracts is a long-standing practice and is legal in the vast majority of states. We adapt our paperwork to local rules and close through licensed title.
